Update to 1.5.3 released!

Kerberos Productions and Lighthouse Interactive have released an update to optimize the 1.5.2 version of the Sword of the Stars: Born of Blood expansion (or the recently released SotS Collectors’ Edition.)

The update not only tweaks and improves a few of the game’s mechanics and features, but it also optimizes AI turn calculations, dramatically speeding up between-turn times for people with slower machines!

Born of Blood owners, update to 1.5.2 code, free!

For those who already have Sword of the Stars and the Born of Blood expansion, but don’t want to buy the Collected Edition, Lighthouse Interactive and Kerberos Productions have released the 1.5.2 updater. This update contains all the mechanic fixes and gameplay additions of the Collected Edition, but does not include the bonus materials and additions, such as the standalone game server, the new game maps, and walkthrough videos. However, it does have everything needed so players can join 1.5.2 MP games online!
